I have a large number of files. Is there any easy way to submit a lot of files?
The File Exchange can upload a lot of files at a time by adding them to the upload queue. Alternatively, you can read about zipping files into a single document here.
What File Formats can we accept?
We accept PDF, DWF, PLT, TIF, CALS, JPG, DWF
Can you scan my drawings into an electronic file?
Yes, We can scan your drawings to a TIF, JPG or PDF file in either black and white or color.
Can you Accept AutoCad files (DWG)?
Yes, You must save the file to ACAD 2006 or earlier. Also please include the pen set file as well as any special fonts and Xref files. You must specify the size and or scale that you want.
What are your normal turnaround times?
Most jobs that are received in the morning are delivered that same afternoon. Please tell us your deadline and we will work to meet it. If we cannot meet your deadline we will be honest and tell you before accepting the job.
What about special pricing for large or specific jobs?
Call us at (804) 271-7500 and ask for David or Perry and we will give you a quote and a realistic time estimate.
Do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge for deliveries to the Richmond Metro area for jobs valued at over $75.00 (we have a fuel surcharge for smaller jobs.) Split deliveries (jobs delivered to more than one location) are priced based on distance traveled. This charge is usually less than using a local courier.
Do you ship overnight?
Yes, we ship using FedEx. You can give us your FedEx number or we can use ours and bill you for it.
What about Saturday hours?
We are normally closed on weekends. Call us and we will work to accommodate your needs if we can.
Where is your office?
